Merry Christmas Eve! Last year while family was in town we had a fun Grinch family movie night for all the little cousins, and they had a blast. This year we had to decide if we should do Grinch again, or go with a different Christmas movie theme. We decided to go with a Home Alone movie night. We had tickets to “10 Nights of Santa” at a local children’s museum, so I didn’t want to make a big meal. I wanted something easy to eat and easy to clean up.
For our Home Alone movie night, we ordered pizza and made “Kevin Sundaes.” I was going to make mac-n-cheese too, but we had an early dinner and filled up on ice cream first, so we didn’t need the mac-n-cheese!
What are “Kevin Sundaes”? They’re huge ice cream sundaes loaded with whatever toppings you want like what Kevin made in the movie. We had a little ice cream bar and let the girls load up their ice cream however they wanted. No limits!
