I’m excited to share all the fun and colorful details from Audrey’s Trolls birthday party this past weekend! She’s been telling me for a long time that she wants a Trolls birthday party so I was excited for it to all come together. If you’ve seen Trolls, you know that Trolls love color and Trolls love to party. I went with a bright rainbow color scheme (pink instead of red and bright shades of all the other colors) to make everything more girly.
Audrey’s Trolls Birthday Party
For the food table, I simply used plastic table cloths in the rainbow colors with white balloons at the top to look like clouds. I found the Happy Birthday banner at Party City and it ended up being the perfect length. I placed a few different framed photos of Audrey around the table and used some of her Trolls toys that she already had as decoration.
I also made a singing flower using my silhouette machine and stuck him in with some colorful daisies that I found at Kroger. Whenever we’re in Kroger, Audrey loves to smell the flowers and she tends to gravitate toward these bright colored daisies, so I was excited to incorporate them in the party decor.
Over the drinks table I hung a variety of different paper fans, honeycomb balls, and hanging character pieces. I ordered the pink PARTY balloons from Etsy and I made cloud guy using a piece of thick poster board, fiberfill, paper towel rolls for his legs covered in felt, and fuzzy pipe cleaners for his arms. I cut his face and hands out of card stock paper.
On the menu was lots of rainbow desserts:
- Rainbow muddy buddies
- Rainbow Funfetti dip with teddy grahams
- Rainbow white chocolate fudge
- “Biggie’s popcorn mix” (cheddar and caramel popcorn)
- Fruit with cinnamon fruit dip (arranged in the colors of a rainbow)
- Cupcakes
- “Princess Poppy Punch”
Since the Trolls love to party, I got a disco light, turned the music up and let the kids dance til their hearts were content. Watching kids dance is hilarious and so much fun.
The kids also had a chance to make Hug Time bracelets made out of felt. I totally forgot to take a picture of this activity table, but you can check out the tutorial here to see how I made them. It was a bit tedious cutting out all of the pieces but the kids had fun putting them all together and wearing them around. Raley was an adorable little hostess. Whenever kids would arrive at the party, she would grab them and take them straight to the table to make a Hug Time bracelet and show them how.
Thank you to everyone who came to party with us! Yall made it “the biggest, the loudest, the craziest party ever!” Our little 3 year old had a wonderful time.

Hi! How did you get the plastic tablecloth wall piece to stay together? Did you just tape the tablecloths to the wall and hang the balloons above??
